Polish cosmetics brand INGLOT Cosmetics will open two new Canadian locations early next year as it continues to expand its Canadian operations. In 2017, the company has confirmed two new store locations — at CF Lime Ridge in Hamilton, and CF Masonville Place in London, Ontario. The opening of two more stores will bring INGLOT’s Canadian store count to five, as the brand plans to further expand across Ontario and, eventually, other Canadian markets.
INGLOT Cosmetics was founded 30 years ago in Przemyśl, Poland. The makeup brand is known for its high-pigment makeup, and its use of high-quality ingredients. Compared to its competitors, INGLOT’s prices remain fair – notably accessible to younger shoppers.
International expansion of INGLOT Cosmetics began in 2006, with a franchised store in Montreal (now closed). Currently, the brand has grown to over 600 boutique stores, primarily across Europe and the United States. Some of INGLOT’s most prominent locations include New York’s Times Square and Chelsea Market, Dubai’s Dubai Mall, and London’s Westfield London.
In Canada, INGLOT Cosmetics has been operating company-owned stores since 2014. Their first location opened at Yonge & Dundas Square in Toronto — opting for a flagship street-fronting space, as opposed to a store within nearby CF Toronto Eaton Centre. Early this year, INGLOT announced expansion plans to expand across the Greater Toronto Region. Two kiosk locations opened at CF Markville and CF Sherway Gardens in October 2016, both located in the hallways of both malls.
More details on INGLOT’s locations at CF Lime Ridge and CF Masonville Place are set to be announced next year, including opening dates and in-store events.

Inglot had 2 stores in BC that closed down in 2008, one was in guildford town centre and the other was at metropolis at metrotown.

This is not the first time Inglot has been in Canada. The company had a store in First Canadian Place in Toronto, and another location in Square One. They also had stores in Ottawa and Montreal. All closed down in 2008. The stores are franchised. I didn’t realize that they had a store in BC.
I don’t remember there being a store in Square one (I worked there) but there was a store in Erin Mills that closed in 2007. Maybe the sq1 store was small or a kiosk and that’s why it failed? Though if it were to reopen there it would fit in perfectly 🙂
