The proposed tower's podium could become one of Canada's most valuable retail spaces, if its developer succeeds in acquiring adjacent property. 

The following is a list of retailers which are either new to Canada, or are expanding their operations nationally. Some haven't been revealed to the public until now. 

The Victoria-based outdoor-themed retailer is being innovative with its expansion plans.

This article includes lease plans showing the expansion. Yorkdale is forecasted to be North America's top-selling mall, and it will construct two major expansions simultaneously. 

The popular American housewares and furniture retailer will open in an expanded urban multi-use complex. 

The German luxury brand originally planned to open as many as 8 Canadian locations. 

This will be the Technical Luxury™ brand's 3rd confirmed permanent Canadian store, as it looks to operate 15 locations within the next nine months.
