Landlord Ivanhoé Cambridge has announced 133 new tenants for its 1.2 million square foot Tsawwassen Mills project in South Delta, BC, near Vancouver. We now know of 160 of the roughly 200 retailers that will be operating at the hybrid outlet centre, set to open on October 5 of this year.

Hiring for about 3,000 full and part-time employment positions is ongoing, with a second job fair set to be held on Thursday, August 18 between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm (Pacific Time) at Tsawwassen Springs, located at 5099 Springs Boulevard in Delta. Job seekers will have an opportunity to discuss openings directly with retailers and are encouraged to bring their résumés.

Ivanhoé Cambridge has also provided a construction update, with final preparations underway and on schedule for the October 5 Grand Opening. Construction is nearing completion on the interior décor of the shopping centre, and work is underway to customize many of the stores. The parking lot is fully paved and the mall’s main entrances are nearly finished.
