Last month CRE Radio & TV founder and host, Howard Kline, hosted two free webinars to help retailers navigate their next steps during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. Kline, with a variety of industry experts including Peter Morris, discussed topics such as landlord and tenant strategies for negotiating tenant rent relief, future economic recovery, and lease clauses and legal theories that are applicable during an unprecedented  pandemic. 

The two webinars were well received and now Morris is offering a Youtube broadcast discussing similar topics. The 30-minute video discusses how to request rent relief during COVID-19: appropriate ways to broach the subject with your landlord, what you can do today to soften the blow of COVID-19, and some resources that you should be taking advantage of. Click the video above to watch.
